Flash Vision Measurement OMQ100LW

The OMQ100LW stand-up and horizontal integrated measuring instrument is equipped with dual telecentric high-resolution optical lenses, a 10-megapixel industrial camera, a telecentric parallel backlight, and surface lighting. Combined with high-precision image algorithms, it enables one-click flash measurement for at least two surfaces of the same product. This model features a vertical lens, horizontal lens, rotating worktable, and Z-axis focusing. It can perform two-dimensional dimensional combination measurements on five or more surfaces of a product, significantly improving inspection efficiency and reducing multiple positioning errors caused by flipping the product for inspection.
